Marion County, TN – On Tuesday, the Campaign to Elect Chris Webb Sheriff, released the endorsement of Sheriff Wesley Holt of Greene County.
Sheriff Holt, in a letter addressed to the Citizens of Marion County, stated, “Chris has the qualities that citizens should expect from their sheriff: strong leadership, integrity, sound judgement, and a genuine concern for those who he serves. He has demonstrated a willingness to work together to address the challenges facing public safety today.”
“I am honored to have earned the respect and endorsement of Sheriff Holt,” stated Chris Webb. “We have served with each other for many years and have worked on countless projects together in that time. Sheriff Holt has always been someone I could call during law enforcement situations, and I will look to his advice and council to reach the goals I have set for Marion County Sheriff’s Office. Thank you, Sheriff Holt.”
The Webb for Sheriff campaign is working to meet voters at their doors and take Mr. Webb’s message across Marion County. Early Voting starts on April 15th and runs through April 30th. Election Day is on May 5th.
